Hi all. I am sat in France going banana's please help. I have brought a 9300t over to use solely as freeview box to replace a sky hd box. I had to change connections on my sky wire to male and female and i am using hdmi as not scart on my tv.
Now the problem is no signal is showing and I am now unsure of what i have changed to try and get one through my satellite dish. I have looked at some one elses and they have the sky screw on connector and perfect signal. I'm flummoxed as to what to do. Im not technically minded so if anyone can help could you please do so in layman's terms?
Thanks for reading all this much appreciated Gavin

The PVR-9300T is incompatible with a satellite dish. The PVR-93000T is designed to receive its channels from a traditional roof aerial, and for use in the UK.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. That would make sense of the situation.
Can you maybe tell me one that is compatible with a dish?
    Many thanks
