PVR9300T no subtitles on BBC2

    New machine - subtitles fine for my deaf Mum on all other channels - nothing on BBC2. Located Chandlers Ford Hampshire UK - is it the machine or the trannsmitter. Her basic freeview box prior to this used to see subtitles OK

    As subtitles are fine on other channels I would surmise that they are not being transmitted, whether because they are not available for that particular programme or some other reason.
