Any suggestionsWhat software version? Is there a pattern to the failed recordings? There is a known problem with version 1.00.26 and consecutive recordings from the same channel. Is the box correctly tuned to a set of multiplexes from the same transmitter (channels above 800 would indicate that it might not be properly tuned)?

software version is 1.00.26, set up for auto update and left on standby but does not seem to be updating(last date Aug 2011). Last problem was consecutive itv programs last Sunday on BBC1. I tried to manually update but says no update available. System id is3023.0000

I tried to manually update but says no update available. System id is3023.0000Software version 1.00.26 is the latest version. Software is only transmitted when a new version is made available by Humax and then repeated several times at a couple of month intervals until (hopefully) all machines are updated. It is unlikely that Humax will produce further updates for the 9XX0 machines.
The consecutive recording problem only occurs when the 9150/9300 machines are recording from STANDBY and from the same channel.
