Anyone else having trouble with the Red Button+ service? I keep getting a dialogue box that says there is a technical problem, try later etc. I can get the ordinary Red Button service ok by pressing the 'Text' key on the remote.
I've tried unplugging the box from the mains and waiting for a couple of minutes, but to no avail. I should also add that all the other Internet-based services seem to be working ok.
This has been going on for a few days now.
