    We receive our signal from Winter Hill in the North West and I think a couple of days ago the switch to Regional BBC1HD happened. We noticed that BBC1HD scheduled recordings where failing!
    So retuned and then we have BBC ONE NWstHD as our BBC1.
    The problem is when I reinstate the recordings to the schedule I don't get the option to series link on BBC1HD!

    Any ideas how I can get series links to work on BBC1 HD?
    Cheers

    I had a similar problem on my BT Youview box yesterday. Not sure which of these actions sorted it but I

    - Deleted the existing timers on BBC1 HD;
    - Power-cycled the box;
    - Waited for the EPG to fully repopulate

    The original schedule I had set just said ‘invalid’ which made sense as BBC1 HD does not exist anymore.

    I have an old historic BBC1 HD recording that I do not want to delete and that also shows ‘invalid’, again makes sense.

    Just delete old schedules and reset. Eastenders recorded fine last night.

    Cheers. Yes I did delete the invalid schedules and then try setting a series link on EastEnders. When I press the record button I don't get the option to record a single episode or the series.

    I will power cycle as I didn't do that, cheers.

    Ignore the 'invalid' for the old BBC1 HD recording, I was getting confused with my 4000/5000 and it states '----' and not invalid

    As a side question on this topic, I am in north west.
    If i originally manually set my channel, do I need to do anything, or will it just automatically pick the new details up?
    Or will i need to remove the BBC HD mux and re-add it?

    Power cycled and waited 30 mins to fully populate the guide and I can now set series links on BBC1HD.

    Thanks very much everyone.
