Remote Suddenly Gone Dead!

Box is fine, but there's no life in the remote - completely dead. Have changed the batteries and tried resetting it by holding down "0" and "OK" for 30 seconds - nothing! Any ideas?

1. Point remote at camera (phone will do) and check that the remote is actually working.

Thanks for your suggestion. Have tried pointing it at an iPhone and pressing all the buttons, but no response at all - completely dead. It was fine a few hours ago!

If still within warranty contact Humax Support for a replacement.
