I am having difficulty removing schedules after a series has been recorded when there is no programme times available on the guide. I am selecting the schedule concerned and using + and then delete and then conforming cancel this schedule but it still remains. Can you help.

Do you still have recorded episodes left to watch?

If so the delete schedule does not appear to work, but if you actually check schedule you will find timer has been deleted.

No the episodes have been watched but they still remain in the schedule. They say waiting for information from the guide instead of a recording time. They are still marked as 017/025 etc and will soon reach 25 and stop me putting new schedules in.

Why do you think the limit is 25?

What happens if you highlight one, press OK and then delete?

I have tried highlighting one pressing ok it then asks me to cancel the whole series but nothing happens when I press ok. It won't let me use + to try to delete. I thought the limit was 25 schedules because thats what it was on my old Humax.

The limit on the 9200 was 25 when initially released but was increased to 50 at version PGXTF 1.00.10. The limit on all the more recent Humax HD devices is much larger than 25; I don't recollect a precise figure but equally I don't recollect anybody complaining that they have hit a limit. We sometimes have more than 50 recordings on an HDR-FOX T2 in the schedule without problems and I would be pretty confident that if there is a limit it is greater than a 100.

    Not witnessed this myself.

If you are sure that you have no remaining programmes recorded to watch then the next thing to try would be a factory reset. This will delete your schedule so make a note.
