Hi I am having trouble getting some channels on freesat. Typically Blaze al jazeera can. If I do a reset will I lose all my recordings?

If it is a box that a reset deletes recordings then, yes.
If it is a box that a reset does not delete recordings then, no.

    Welcome to the forum.
In order to answer your question, you need to say which Humax freesat box you have.

You will not lose recordings, but will have to redo schedule so may a note of it.

I have an FVP-4000T. All of my recordings have disappeared and it says there are no recordings on programme or storage. When it first happened I was close to capacity so I deleted a lot and they came back. I have also taken it off power for a while and at first hey reappeared, but no longer. If I do a factory reset will I lose the recordings or is there something else I should try?
    Thanks Stephen
