Series & Programme codes permanently on screen

Hi. I have a refurbished HDR-1010S 1TB (G), bought direct from Humax in April 2016.

From day one which ever channel we watch, its shows at the top of the screen the following type of information (obviously dependent of the channel being watched)

Series:WWW.ITV.COM/1455408472
Programme:WWW.ITV.COM621081677

I think for one off programmes or films where there is not a series, then its just shows the 'Programme" name/number.

How do I get rid of this please?

Welcome to our Forum

That is Crid details, they must have been enabled in hidden menu.

To disable:

Home
Settings
System information
General info highlighted

Then press the coloured keys in this order

RGYBGYB

Second option in list displayed:

Display CRID change to - Disable

Hi Barry and thank you for the welcome.

Unfortunately the above did not work - CRID was already set to Disable.

Anything else I can do?

Possibly cancel the last post. I have just gone back to the full screen again and it seems to have worked. Hmmmm strange but nonetheless I will not complain.
