Struggling to set favourite channels on the TV guide. I thought I just had to move left from the current programme to the channel logo and press ok to mark as favourite. Not working on my HB-1100S.

If it ever worked that way then I never knew.

Menu Settings Right 3 times to more. OK on Freesat Channels - OK on Edit favourite channels. OK on channels you want as favourites. Press back to save.

To apply favourites filter to guide.

    Guide - List - Up - OK

Note setting isn't sticky. You need the above every time you press guide.

Good spot - certainly used to work, hence my FAQ

I'll check with Humax Towers tomorrow to see if this is a planned change, or something that will need to be addressed.

    Edit: 14/07

Humax Towers Manager acknowledged my report of this problem, passed to engineering team for investgations.
