Thanks. Having never upgraded before I was a bit on edge when the % indicator stopped at 79% and again at 89% on the second time around. All is well now thanks for the heads up Barry.

Couple of points worthy of note:

For the on screen messages re mode function you need an MDB remote (check label inside battery compartment)

4GB streaming issue appears to be fixed

Upgrade went OK, the MDB Remote feature works fine etc... but I notice the Loader version is still a7.30, rather expected it to go to a7.31?

OTA upgrades never update the Loader. For obvious reasons - if it goes wrong and corrupts the installed Loader then you are scuppered if you are one of the many who are not happy with updating using a computer and USB memory stick to recover the situation. There is no technical reason to update the Loader in any case.

Barry, do you know what the "reliability improvement" is?

Well sort of, bit boring really.

During long power on soak tests, and we are talking Days not Hours, the Engineers/QA found a couple of issues, these are addressed in this release.

I used to believe this too, but this latest update for the HD-FoxT2 raises the loader from 7.26 to 7.27.

They have just patched the Loader verson ID to stop people raising this sort of query?
