They have just patched the Loader verson ID to stop people raising this sort of query?

Close.......... I believe it has only been slight tweaked.

This firmware update has not fixed the bug/effect/feature of the SCART interface being enabled momentarily 15 minutes before a scheduled recording starts. So, you are watching a programme and get transferred to a blank screen.

Barry - I wonder if you can ask Humax whether this is a hardware problem and hence will never be fixed; low priority as it affects few customers or maybe even "fixed in a future release".

This is not unique to the SCART interface, it also happens when connected via HDMI.

Oh I haven't noticed. Under what circumstances does this occur?

I have a pair of HDR-FOX T2's connected to my TV via a 3-way HDMI switcher. If box one is in standby and I am watching something on box two, all is well until box one "wakes up" 15 mins before a scheduled recording. This causes the HDMI switcher to select the output from box one, resulting in a blank TV screen. Then I have to manually select box two on the switcher to return it's output to the TV.

So why does the read me file not mention that the 4GB DLNA size bug is fixed (allegedly)? That's a very serious bug which makes a key feature almost unusable. I'm astonished that it would be fixed and not be mentioned.

Couple of points worthy of note:
For the on screen messages re mode function you need an MDB remote (check label inside battery compartment)
4GB streaming issue appears to be fixed

Just thought that I should point out that the on screen messages also work using an "ADB 1.0" remote control.

That's surprising, it works with mine. I have an MDB (set to Mode 1) and an ADB (set to Mode 2), and both work OK with their respective boxes.
