some channels showing no signal/scrambled

Recently I have noticed that some channels refuse to display, showing either no signal it channel scrambled. Using my TV tuner, the same channel show fine, for example channel 5 + 1 has 85% signal strength and 100% quality according to my TV, but nothing shows on the fox t2. All the major channels are fine.

Any suggestions?
