Got a new box for xmas, once set up it is working for an hour or so when it starts repeatedly going into standby and then starting to reboot. This cycle is then happening every 30 seconds and the only way to stop it is to remove the power lead. I've tried a factory reset without success. Also it is only recognising one cable input and previous Humax box showed both. On a more general point I've found both boxes very glitchy and problems difficult if not impossible to resolve, with this in mind is it reasonable to market these as 'Plug and Play'?
