The subtitles are out of sync on my HDR2000, sometimes by as much as 15 seconds!
Is there any remedy for this?

The subtitles are out of sync on my HDR2000, sometimes by as much as 15 seconds!
Is there any remedy for this?It is a well known problem which also affects the HDR-FOX T2 and I am not aware of any solution. Later Humax models (FVP-5000T, Aura) have perfect subtitle synch.

I have also noticed this on an 1800T. It only happens sometimes and usually when I turn on subtitles part way through the program.

Further to my previous post, I came across this "fix" by chance.
I turned on subtitles part way through a recording and they were out of sync.
Because I had missed a bit of the program I pressed the "jump back 20 seconds" button and, hey presto, the subtitles were in sync.
Could just be a coincidence.

I've tried all sorts. Sometimes it comes back in sync, but this doesn't last for very long.
