Surround Sound 5.1 on BBC HD

Mystery solved, good people!
Pretri on a rival site has shown me that BBC1 Wales HD is never in 5.1 on Freeview.
I would like thank you all for your help and support.
Anyone wishing to mutter either "That's another good reason not to live in Wales", or "Well, it's a small price to pay for low crime and a view of green fields" can do so now

It's down to the encoder issues I referred to earlier. It should hopefully eventually get sorted out.
