    I have had my Aura since day one, I ordered it when it was first announced, with high hopes. So the problems mounted with scant support from Humax until we are now in the position where the company offer no support at all other then "do a factory reset"
    my unit switches itself off at random, fails to record, sometimes only records part of a programme pauses mid playback. the remote fails to control it, the pause and replay button is a pig to operate, I could go on.
    I have now given up and have gone back to using my FVP5000T, IT MAY BE 1080P, BUT IT WORKS AND DOES WHAT I ASK OF IT
