Help,
Our humax freesat is working fine with a good signal for all our tv stations. However the radio, especially bbc radio, starts ok and then the tuner fails and it says “the receiver is not receiving a signal” . If you change to the tv channels there is no problem. We have tried a rescan with no improvement.

Hi Norman34,
Welcome to the forum. First thing to do is check your signal strength/signal quality via the settings/diagnosis menu. It should hopefully be 100% or least as near for each. The quality should be 100%.
Please let forum know how you get on/if you need more help. John L

Thank you John
The confusing thing is that on the tv settings the tuner strength is good/very good
When on the radio ( bbc only) there is no tuner strength. Other radio stations are good signal.
I have tired a rescan to no avail
I have made sure the f connections are okI cannot understand why the tuner is ok for tv and not for selected radio stations
Hopefully you can guide me
