Is there another way other than scrolling back to get to a program that was on 3 days ago please ?

Using the search button and that will bring up all episodes of what you are looking for.

Thanks Harters I'll do that next time, I thought there'd be a way to go back like there is to go forward.

Same reply as I just gave you on the other site to your same question..........

"When on the epg pressing < twice takes you back to already aired shows where there is an obvious list on the left where you can choose from any day of the last week to view."

Edit If you cannot see the list it is because you are set to Grid, press the yellow key.
