    forgot to ask how do i know a coax cable for tv cable is good shielded one or how to find one on line? Thank you

    You are looking for a double screened copper cored cable such as WF100.

    Does your CRT Micron have SWR facility or have you got a SWR meter?
    If you have you can check if you have an aerial fault or if its setup correctly.

    Is the effect the same at all three power levels, and on both 2m and 70cm?

    Presumably it does not happen when feeding a dummy load?

    No not tried a dummy load. And yes it happens on 2m and 70cm but more on 2m on any power levels
