Hi,

I did option 1 Barry suggested (no HDD format) and it improved the problem a bit. It still does not always respond first time now but seems better.

Similar issue here?

After nearly three months the box has started to fail to respond to the remote first thing in the morning: three times since Saturday.

The LED does not change colour. It does eventually after repeated attempts or after using "on" button on the box.

Have checked the seating of the batteries in the RM-L08 remote which seems to be OK. Reluctant to change the batteries as the remote works fine for the rest of the day.

Is this known problem with the full standby mode?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Not yet.

I've just changed the batteries in the remote. I power cycled the Humax and the remote (with new batteries) did switch it on. It was a bit slow.

If this doesn't work I'll do a reset.
