After latest up date the hb1000s keeps switching on and off for a couple of seconds. Not really a problem as we don't use it much but now starting to bug me.Tried a factory reset - no joy.
The tv is old cheap proline in kitchen.
Which would you swop -tv or get the latest hb1100s box
There is a forum topic on this somewhere but I can't find it.
    Any easily understood advice appreciated.

First thing to try would be putting in standby (if possible) and disconnecting the power for 10 mins.

Clutching at straws but check the HDMI leads are well seated both ends.
Also try covering the remote after pushing on (could the standby button be stuck)

If the HDMI lead is not connected to the TV does it still turn off.

Tried those ideas.Only switched on and off 4 or 5 times in 30 mins.I can live with that.
I hate automatic updates-If it works don't fix it.
    Thanks for trying

Last thought - try turning off HDMI-CEC on your TV.
