USB Flash Drive not visible HDR 1100S

Hi,
I've plugged in a 32GB flash drive formatted NTFS with some videos that I want to play but I can't find it on the menus anywhere.
Has the flash drive access been disabled?
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I must admit that I haven’t used the usb port on the humax for sometime but I was definitely able to copy shows and films from the usb to the humax drive and also was able to choose between the usb or hard drive last time I tried! And watch recordings on the usb flash drive direct.
