Using a HD FOX T2 with a usb HUB

    Before I re-invent the wheel has anyone tried using a usb hub with more than 1 drive with a HD FOX. ?

    A few views but no takers Graham, and this does not really answer your question but....

    I have used a powered hub, connecting a portable HDD and the wireless dongle without issue.

    I know that a USB hub works OK with multiple drives on an HDR T2 but that doesn't help with your query Graham.

    Don't worry I will get a powered hub and a 1TB drive. Interested if you can record through a hub ie swap the drive to record to in the recording setup menu.

    Thanks for the answers. Incidentally box is performing very well, using it to record HD material that would otherwise clash with other recordings on the foxsat.

    It works even with an unpowered hub.
