I have 3 humax pvrs . They all differ in various ways, making it difficult to know to use elinker - to say the least!!

My earliest one, I see, I had in 2007, LOL Really (???). Well I have a record of discussions with HUMAX in that year. Well, that surprises me too.

To the point -- at that time, HUMAX told me and sent an elinker.
The LINK was via RS232 - so simple.

But, the subsequent machines have various things on the back panel - Ethernet on one - HDMI on the other.

Any one else have this sort of baffling hardware - I'd love to hear from you ??

    Simple but very,very slow.

Tell us the model names if you want a useful comment.

My guess would be that lots of people have an assortment of PVR hardware; if you tell us what you would like to achieve we may be able to help.

The 2007 one was probably the 9200t and as far as I remember Elinker used the USB port, the RS232 port was reserved for software updates.

It MUST have been a 9200T as neither the 9150T or 9300T ever had functioning USB.
