Please can someone let me know if its possible to attach a webcam (with audio) to the android box. I was after using it with zoom.
I have attached a NULAXY Full HD 1080p Webcam but when I try to open zoom meeting I am getting the message 'Ensure that no other apps are using the same camera and then try again'.
I have gone into the camera settings and unticked all boxes except zoom but same message is displayed.

You could try this.
Go into settings and then apps.
You may have to enable the option to display all apps or system apps.
Find the camera app (not Zoom) and disable it.
Try Zoom again.I don't know if this will work, I only know that on my Android box the camera app is still there despite it not physically having a camera.

If that doesn't work, try re-enabling the camera app and then go into that apps settings and look at the open by default options to see if you can link it to Zoom.

Apparently USB camera is no longer supported :-

But I suggest you search for older versions of the apk on places such as Aptoide or Mobilism

Thanks for that...I will find an older version of zoom and try it.
This is on the assumption that its zoom itself and not the android box that can't accept usb webcams.
Are you aware of any apps that work with both the Aura UHD and USB cameras?| Wed 13 Jan 2021 18:28:03 #6 | -

I would hope that if you search along the lines of "USB webcam" on the Aura PlayStore, you will find something because you should only be presented with compatible results.

Or, have you tried just plugging the camera in and then opening the inbuilt camera app (the one I suggested you disable)? At least that way you will find out if the camera you have is compatible.

As you suggested i have got the webcam working with the built in camera. Must be a zoom issue after all.
