What is the size of the PSU plug please ?

I have several PSU - but none of them fit the 4000T.
What is the size, and how do we refer to it ?

Measure the diameter of the hole and the diameter of the pin. That's the way to refer to it (As in 5 x 1 {figures not for your box other than coincidence})

It appears to be a non standard size. Hence the extra tip adaptor provided with the linked replacement PSU.
