My HD Fox T2 has been working fine for over a year now. Suddenly, it will not play anything back, not even programmes I have already watched, but are still stored. All I get is a blank screen and the message, 'The channel is scrambled or not available'. The same thing is happening with any new programmes I try to record!

My HD Fox T2 wouldn't give me a picture or sound when I came back this evening (can't remember last time that happened). None of the usual tricks worked. In the end I power cycled (standby, unplugged, waited, replugged) it and all was fine. Coincidence?
Power cycle usually sorts out most problems, if not a factory reset, but you will lose your recording schedule and preferences so take a note first| Tue 9 Jul 2013 21:19:33 #2 | -

Thank you Damian, just power cycled, and everything back to normal. yippee!!!
(Why didn't I think of that? If it was my PC, it would have been the first thing it tried!)
