    Just stumbled upon this place from Join Freesat (can I mention them here?), like the rest of you I have the Humax Foxsat HDR with the 24 Olympic channels in glorious HD & no way to record them. My firmware is version 1.00.20 with loader U7.52, no new automatic update is available. Now I have posted I will try find Barry to PM him, fingers crossed for a solution in the short term.

    No worries regards beta testing, I have been running Windows 8 for many months

    Looks a useful forum, no doubt plenty new members thanks to the recent 'glitch'...

    Just found this site. Really frustrated that can't record the olympic channels what's going on? BBC website indicated it may be late next week before it's sorted. Miserable

    Hi to everyone, just subscribed to this forum although have visited a lot in the past.
    Does anyone know why they have used different encoding parameters for thes Olympic HD channels?
    It's a bit of a shame we can only watch these channels but not record them.

    Keen as anything to be able to record Olympics. Off to watch tomorrow and hoping my Foxsat HDR can be recording whilst I am out.

    Hi folks just found this forum and am as disappointed as everybody else with the lack of HD recording on BBC Olympic channels.

    I'm willing to try any beta solutions that become available, the one possible stumbling block is that I uploaded the Custom FW 4.0.7 firmware a few days ago.

    So the question is will I have to re-install the original Humax FW before applying any patch?
