So for some reason and only on certain films more on UHD films it seems. i get this error message.
    HDMI connection
There's a problem with the connection to your TV. try using a different HDMI cable. For more help, go to amazon.co.uk/videohelp.
I have tried everything from Changing the cable to changing the settings.

Has anyone else had this issue? And know of a fix?

Both HDMI cables are 2.1 but tomorrow i am gonna pop out and actually buy another 2.1 high speed cable to definitely check it off the list.

As you are noticing this message while trying to watch UHD media have you looked at your TV settings to see if you are using the correct HDMI input for 4K UHD content.
For example on my Sony TV if you want to watch 4k content via HDMI you need to select Enhanced format.
Under External Inputs> HDMI Signal Format.
Depending on which TV you have there may be a similar setting.
If you pass the signal on the Aura via an AV receiver to the TV the the AV receiver may have a similar setting.

So new HDMI arrived still getting the issue i also forgot to mention the humax box is connected threw my SONY HT-G700 SOUND bar but how would that make a difference. Reason it's connected to that is the rich in sound quality I get.

So just had a play around and it seems like it's only with certain films. Worked on zombie land double tap which is an UHD film but fails on operation fortune. Could this be because its a new film and humax is an old box and has different coding.

    Confused is an understatement.

The Aura isn't an "old box" and the apps get updated even if the core operating system doesn't.
