I have been uploading screen shots (.png) but the forum seems sensitive to attachment size. What are the rules please? You use jpeg images. Best to use no more than a typical full HD display.
1920 wide with vertical pixels to retain original aspect ratio (1920 x 1080 for 16:9 image).
It states the maximum file size as 20MB . Larger will need resampling
Full screen capture from Full-HD Desktop

Ah Ha. I see that you have a minimalist desktop GLT. Somewhat like mine. ;=)

Ah Ha. I see that you have a minimalist desktop GLT. Somewhat like mine. ;=)I had sorted it out with a lot of the lesser used apps in folders. However about 2 weeks ago my C: boot SSD totally failed. This was replaced by Samsung. As a result I had to use a Macrium reflect C: drive image saved before I sorted it out. It's one of the lower priority jobs
I think the OP's issue is the file is too large as I see .png's are supported.

Any .png greater than 150K was rejected. That's why I had to reduce to <100k - hence poor resolution. GLT says 20MB limit but perhaps that is for jpeg. Any ideas?| Mon 20 Jan 2020 13:12:29 #5 | -

The site says max file size is 20MB, but makes no mention of compression codec.

Probably don't even need a special converter program. Any graphics program worth its salt should be able to open in PNG and save in JPG, the free Paint.net for example.
