I have the HDR 1100S with latest software, connected to the two satellite cables that used to feed my Sky+ box. Both show good signal quality on the Settings menu. But I can't schedule two recordings for the same time and even if I only have one recording setup, when the time comes for it to start, if I am watching another channel, it puts an on screen message telling me I either have to change channel or cancel the recording. Have I missed a setting somewhere?

One or two cable operation is detected only on first install.
Make a note of your recording schedule, taking a picture is nice and quick, then perform a reset to default.Watch the TV screen carefully for a message on the number of cables detected.

Just the schedule will be deleted and have to be re-entered.

I had this problem when I set it up in my bedroom to test it with one feed initially but when moved into my living room it only showed one feed so I had to reset to default and set up again and all worked perfectly for a few weeks now the same thing has happened when using the app from my workplace, only able to record one channel. Cannot wait to get home to check it out......

Seems my Humax box is working fine its the Freesat App that won't let me record 2 channels at once, any ideas out there please.... My app says " You can only record 1 program at once. Would you like to cancel one of the below?"

Several users have units which no longer see the hard-disk. A significant percentage of these, but not all, had the app paired. Now this may be just down to the increased wear that booting every 20 minutes must do.
