I can't go back to watch yesterdays programs. The wifi is connected, but the EPG says "No program information"

Delete your cookies and reboot both router and then Humax. Switch to BBC1 HD and wait a few minutes.

How do I delete cookies?
Also, have not got BBC 1HD. Bilsdale Transmitter fire. Have re-tuned to Pontop Pike, but not all programs available.
I will restart Virgin router & Humax though.| Sat 14 Aug 2021 10:49:01 #3 | -
Thank you. That worked. (Even though I did not follow ALL the instructions!)
Now, all I need is... how can I speed through the adverts?

Usually, just deleting the cookies will sort the missing historical EPG.
Press the "Freeview Play" (F) button and select Players. At top right, there should be a blue "i", which you select. Then press "+" and follow the prompts. The EPG should then be available.

A great help. Thank you.
Know anything about turning itself back on, a minute after turning off?

Sticky button on the remote?
Or hdmi-cec is active on TV/Humax/anything else connected, and when you turn off the Humax and then (let's say) change channel on the TV, its triggering the signal to turn the Humax back on again?| Mon 16 Aug 2021 9:29:27 #7 | -
I unplugged it for a minute. That seems to have worked.
The Humax is normally on all day, & switched off at night, along with the TV. I noticed in the morning that the blue light was on, so I switched off. Two minutes later, it was back on. Switched off, & the same thing happened again!
Hopefully, fixed now.
