Channel logos missing

    Hi,

Over the last few days I've noticed lots of channel logos missing in the EPG and in the list of recorded programmes.

However, scrolling up and down the EPG, some of the missing logos appear when the channel is selected and some of the visible logos disappear when their channel is selected.

Missing logos on the 'my recordings' list behave in the same way.

Is it just me and, if not, is there a solution?

    Thanks,

    Kroma

The same thing is happening here, exactly as you describe. I tried a factory reset but it didn't help.

I have this problem too, I'm not sure when it started but it's been like it for a little while now.

Hi, sorry no solution from me, but I am having the same issue, it started last week I think. There was a change with the icons from Freesat when it happened for us.

I have noticed same problem. Glad it's not just me! I too also did factory reset earlier today, but still same problem. My guess either Humax server bug or broadcaster data error? The blanks are happening on various channels, Inc. BBC. But Channel 4 looks ok. It's annoying when also scrolling down channels/difficult to know what channel you have highlighted. John L

I also have the same problem with my HDR-1100s. Interestingly I also have an LG TV (28TL5205) with built in Freesat tuner. The EPG works perfectly on the TV. Also the EPG on the TV shows some logos with colours (e.g. The Yesterday Channel has a green Y). I seem to remember that the Humax was the same but is not now. Weyman

I did a test a few days ago just to clarify for myself what was going on. Reverted back the firmware to previous version to see if there was a firmware bug that might resolve itself. Tried this out for a while, but sadly same problems.

I then updated back to current firmware and everything appeared to be working ok but without channel logos showing. Just the text showing instead of logo.

Bug reappeared once the EPG had populated and updated the channel text to logo icons, then problem with blank icons, plus when you move around channels & highlight icons they disappear still. So fault must be with broadcaster/Freesat server. Hopefully Freesat will fix fault very soon. Very frustrating! John L

Have you reported the problem to Freesat and Humax?

Not yet! Thought Freesat might already be aware Martin. John L

I have just submitted a form on the Freesat website. Hopefully they will investigate and report back. If anyone else wants to add their feedback, please contact Freesat. John L
