If I select Ch11 on my TV that's what I get. The Signal comes through the Hummy to the TV but if I try for the same channel through the Hummy it tells me the signal is too weak Since it's the same aerial I can't understand why. It is Sky Arts and the Hummy recognises it as such but tells me it can't receive it. Any thoughts?

Tells me the signal is too weak to receive (but knows it’s Dave)

No 800s. Bluebell Hill is the transmitter. It is famously rubbish but I will try a manual retune. Many thanks.

You should need to retune UHF Channel 43 for Sky Arts on Bluebell Hill. That is ARQ-A. Try checking the quality reading on that channel first.

Have triad retuning manually but tv picks up the stations while gummy identifies them but says “sigma alpha too weak”. Amazing as the tv signal is fed through the humax. Thanks for all your help anyway.

Here’s a thing. Just retuned again and everything now ok, just as I was about to send it back. Thanks for all your help but looks to me like some sort of intermittent fault. I noticed, doing a signal check in Settings, that the list says Tuner 1 100% but zeros for Tuners 2 and 3. Haven’t a clue what this signifies- has anyone?
