I am trying to get Quest on Channel 12 working on my 5000T

I have tried the SW update and it's up to date already at 1.03.54

I have done a Smart scan, still no go

It shows in the guide, but with "No program information"

I can get Channel 12 on my TV freeview, and also on my Panasonic DMR-PW1530

I have put it into standby, switched the mains off, waited 5 or minutes, switched it back on, still no go.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Do an automatic tune with the Smart scan option off will almost certainly fix the problem. You will however lose your schedule of future recordings.

Thank you for the suggestion, and that's a bit of hassle to redo all that lot.

Yep, 25 and 27 are fine. Both in the guide, and both can be viewed.

Still no 12 though, and I will do a full rescan if that definitely will fix the problem.

Just checked a load of other COM6 channels, and they all work.

Steve, have you had a look to see if a repeat of Quest appears on a higher numbered channel, probably in the 800s?
