That's not true. Once you've converted it the "converted" version of the HD file (which will be playable elsewhere) is available via FTP just as it is through the WebControl front end or via the app.

Just enter http://192.168.1.xxx:8080 where xxx is the right number for the box's IP address.

I keep getting
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server", as shown in .jpg attached, when using FileZilla.

Still getting same error even with "Port 2323"

I had that briefly yesterday. I seemed to cure it by logging in manually to FTP via the command line but not sure I could guide you through that reliable!

If you're OK with getting a Windows command line up, then type "ftp" (enter) and then "open 192.168.1.135 2323" then username "aura" and password "0000"

If that works and you don't get an error message you should be able to type "dir" and get a listing of the files in there.

Then go for "close" and "quit" and "exit" and try Filezilla again?

Just a check too - did you enable the FTP server via the settings on the aura in the first place?

Eh no... How do I do that? Feeling a bit silly now! Thought I set up FTP with X-plore.
