I got a new dongle from the shop and it now works, presumably because the software was compatible. It is a 150N dongle. Hope that helps.

I seem to be having the same issues as a lot of other people as my recently purchased 2000t will not recognise the accompanying wifi dongle even though I have updated to the latest firmware available on the humax website (1.01.06) and the 'connect to wifi' option is still greyed out. (it came supplied with 1.01.02 I think, or possibly 04)
Barry, would you be able to pm me the link to the latest firmware for the hdr 2000t.

Currently have the same issue, updated the firmware from base (2013) to 1.01.06 via humaxdigital site which didn't fix the problem.
Current version.
Software Version UKTFAC 1.01.06
Loader Version UKTFAC 1.04
MICOM Version 12.4I'd greatly appreciate it if I could get the updated firmware. Thanks.
