I have used Humax RW front end and transferred the files (there was only 1 program on the HD). I now have 4 files in a folder .elu .epg .hre .ts I have double clicked on the ts file which opened the Films and TV app in windows 10 the app then closed without doing anything. I then tried opening the ts file with Windows media player it opened the app but it only played the sound.
What app/program should I be using?
Also if I select upload it says upload successful but where does it upload to.I'd be very grateful for your help

Thank for your advice, I can now view the program on my computer.
I am still not able to get the upload to work. I click on upload, select the program I want to upload, click on upload. I get a banner with the name of the program in red and a popup saying all files loaded successfully.
The banner is only visible for a couple of seconds which seems too short for length of time it should take to load the program. Do I only need to upload the .ts file.
If I go back to download the program is not there, I have even tried putting the hard drive back in the Humax box go to recordings and it is not there.
