Another week, another Aura glitch...
I only recently did a full factory reset to correct a problem with hard drive recordings failing to play.
I'm now encountering a new problem. Every few days, when switching on a Freeview TV channel, the programme will play for about 3 - 4 seconds before the picture and sound disappear and I am left with a blank screen. If I change the channel, the same thing happens. If I return to the first channel, the programme does not reappear. Streaming from apps (e.g. iPlayer) are not affected.
The only way to fix this seems to be to switch the Humax off at the wall. Everything is then fine for a few days, until the problem recurs.
Has anyone else encountered similar and are there any long-term fixes?
