I have a year old 2000T and yesterday I could change channels but the media button wouldn't operate.
I checked out a similar prob reported here so unplugged for ten minutes as suggested and reconnected and it worked ok.
But today I find I can't even change channels - it's stuck on one.
I did the ten minute shutdown again but this time it still remains frozen.
I have changed the remote batteries in case that was the problem.
I am very techno-challenged so if anyone can help please explain each step in detail.
You guys have helped me out of holes in the past so hoping you can pull off another miracle!
    Many thanks

    Martin
I have just noticed that I can change channels actually on the Humax itself but not the remote.
Would this indicate there is a fault with the remote?
How can I access Media etc without the remote?
    Thanks
