    Whatever the privacy policy change involved, i.e maybe just having to accept a new one, most definitely has fixed the channel logo disappearance problem for me. Not one instance since.

    I think you will find the EPG logo not loading issue is across many different makes of player and is more a Freeview EPG issue rather than a Humax specific issue.

    Initially I didn’t think it had, but I agree with you as the channel logos are there ever time now, it makes such a difference to see them!

    Possibly, but it seems strange that the problem appears to have cleared at the same time as this latest update.
