FVP 4000t TV Guide - Scrolling

Is it possible to use the remote to scroll through the guide by further than one program? My previous recorder was a Sony and the colour buttons when in the guide area could be used for going to Next Day, going to Now, going back a day etc. The >> and << buttons also acted as page up and down. Is there such a thing as a user guide for the remote? I have the new one with the FreePlay button.
