Have to keep unplugging box,keep loosing sound.

I get this occasionally, with an FVP5000. Sometimes, fast forward fixes it, but if not, I unplug for 5 sec or so.

Just tried the hdmi cable that came with the aura and still no sound

Today I thought I'd try and have a look at the audio settings on the TV and found I had no picture but sound on the TV and still picture but no sound on the Aura ! The TV had been ok yesterday as I watched Prime on it. Switched everything off at the wall and it all came back working fine
