I know this is too late but to get round the breaking the seal issue, use a hair dryer on hot and keep moving over the silver label, keep it going for a fair while then use something sharp to start to lift the label (i use a scalpel) and start lifting it but BE VERY CAREFULL and take your time and start not from a corner but from the middle where the case is split, I do this all the time and never had any issue with warranties
