Yep. Tweaked on the non Freesat to the best we could get, then switched over and it was happy as the proverbial Larry!

Check you have the freesat transponder and the signal levels (look at quality) on the BBC channels. See what you get on BBC HD channels. Check again the rain. Quality less than 45% is near to loosing it.

So glad you cracked it - it can almost drive you mad.
