I have tried two other cables from my other Humax's.

"Other Humax's" As a last shot I would try one of them.
If not as Graham thinks - it's bust. First one with this problem seen on three main forums I think.

Mine,sometimes does the same,so,wouldn't say it was bust, my scary wouldn't work so plugged in hdmi and start worked again after a few days. Did factory reset first
