    I bought it from humaxdirect.co.uk as a GRADE A refurbished box in march, but set it up only couple weeks only ago. So i'm dealing with them also to find the solution.
    If we fail, i'll ask for replacement, as long as they send me the new box first, rather than me sending mine and waiting for replacement ... I can't be without tv while world cup is on !
