Humax DTR T1000 - not happy

I've tried to download the update but nothings happening. It says download progress should be on screen, I've got no signal with the usb stick in and front panel showing bbc1??

Does it matter which usb port you use? its in the front.

I suggest you start a new topic in the Fox T2 section as your questions about it may be misseed by those not interested in the DTR-T1000 model.
