    Hi thanks very much

Before in non Freesat mode I had 85% strength and 100% quality

However when I tune the transponder to 11426 etc as per your photo the strength is 0 and the quality is 0. Therefore I haven't progressed further with the tune.

    What does this mean??

It means you have an issue with your dish or it's alignment.

Or you have a lnb not suitable for Freesat (eg Sky-q wideband lnb)

Or most likely you need a new quad lnb universal lnb.

ahh interesting, well the dish hasnt moved since installation. However i think the system is quite old now. so i guess most likely it is the lnb which again is original and has always worked fine until now.

Is there a preferred quad lnb for this system? brand or type etc or any compatibility issues i should be aware of? I have a mate with a ladder so i'm confident of being able to change it!

thanks so much for the help.
